How much
does it cost to setup a web site? |
The first step is to secure your domain. We
handle that for you at no charge. There is
however, a $35.00 fee charged by for the initial
registration of your domain name. Your domain
name will be renewable at a rate of $35.00 per
year after the first two years.
There is a monthly charge for hosting your site
on a server. Prices vary depending on the
features required for your site. (we will be
happy to help you chose the appropriate
server... Unix or Windows NT.)
Design costs vary from site to site with many
determining factors involved. For an accurate
quote RFQ to use the online information request
form.

How many
pages will I need |
Every business has different needs. We will
determine how many pages you need after learning
more about your company and goals. We have
clients with sites consisting of a single page
and others whose sites are over 100 pages.
 |
Will
everyone see my web site the same? |
Users will see some things differently depending
on their browser and screen resolution setting.
We design sites with that in mind and preview
them in several browser types and resolution
settings before publishing.
 |
What will
my web site address be? |
Your web address will be: www.yourdomainname.com
,
 |
Who
actually owns my web site? |
When we register your domain, the person you
designate will be listed as the administrative
and billing contact. You are the owner of your
web site.
 |
Will my web
site show in the first listings on the
search engines? |
We will optimize your site for search engines
and list you with the major ones, however
getting to the top takes time and often
resubmission is necessary. We will help you get
there, just remember it takes time and work to
accomplish that.
 |
Can I
maintain my web site myself? |
You sure can and we're glad to help you learn
how.
 |
Do I have a
say in what my web site looks like? |
Definitely! As a matter of fact we insist on it.
Your web site is your image on the web and only
you know what is perfect for your company. we
will publish your site in progress regularly (at
a secret address that only you and us will know)
so you can give us your input all through the
design process
 |
How will
people find my web site? |
We will list your site on the major search
engines and encourage you to put your world wide
web address on everything you can... i.e.:
advertisements, business cards, letterhead,
checks, fax cover sheets, etc. There are also
many banner exchange programs you can get
involved in, depending on the type of business
you have.
 |
How soon
can I expect return from web site? |
Most of the search engines take 2 to 4 weeks to
list your site. With a small amount of print,
radio or TV advertising it can begin
immediately!
 |
How can I
keep track of the traffic at my web
site? |
You will have access to statistics that will
tell you how many visitors you have had, what
time they visited, what part of the world they
are from, how long they spent, which of your
pages they viewed, etc. This is a service that
is essential to promote and build a successful
web site.
 |
How long
will it take to have my web site
created? |
What usually takes the longest is gathering the
necessary information. Once we have the material
we need it goes quickly. Most sites are up
within two to four weeks.
 |
Do I
receive an invoice for the money I'm
paying? |
Yes. If you need an invoice, you'll have it
either by e-mail and regular mail.
 |
What is the
rate of VAT you're using? Is it included
in your prices? |
The rate of VAT we're using is 10% and it is
included in the prices you'll get. However, bank
transfer taxes are NOT included in the prices.
 |
How do I
pay for your services? Do you accept
Credit Card payment? |
For now you'll pay by bank transfer, in Euro if
you're from Europe and US Dollars for any other
country or Lebanese Pound (Lira ) if you are
residing in Lebanon. Soon you'll have the
possibility to pay by Credit Card too.
The payment steps are two: you'll pay an advance
( 70% ) and the rest when your project will be
online.
*IMPORTANT* If you are from outside
Lebanon then we will ask you to make a deposit
consisting in 80% of the total project value, as
advance payment.

What will be the steps in our cooperation?
1. You should fill in the RFQ and send it;
2. We will give you the quotation for the
project and the time we need for building it;
3. You'll receive a "Project Sheet" where all of
the operations will be detailed along with their
prices; once we both agree with it, we will
proceed to the next step.
4 . You'll start sending the materials you want
to be included;
5 . We will build a template page according to
your needs and we'll discuss it;
6 . Once you agree the design, you'll pay the
advance;
7 . We will start building your project and
after it'll be ready you'll be able to see it on
a password protected location on our server;
8 . You will pay the rest of the amount;
9 . We will launch the project online and start
the search engines optimization for it.
